We have so much to tell you!
First, BREWERS! We are stoked to announce some early confirmations for you! This is by no means the full list – we will announce the full line up at a later date, but as of now our confirmed brewers are: Lawson’s Finest Liquids, Rock Art Brewing, Zero Gravity Craft Brewery, Collaborative Brewing, Foam Brewers, Alchemist, Prohibition Pig Brewery, Four Quarters Brewing, Citizen Cider, Bissell Brothers, Simple Roots Brewing, Lost Nation Brewing, Green Empire Brewing, Hermit Thrush Brewing, Drop In Brewing & more TBA.
Next, TICKETS! Tickets will be $45 at pop ups and $47 online, just like last year. They will be sold as usual, first at two local pop up sales and then online. Here’s the info:
- Tuesday, June 25, 4pm – Craft Beer Cellar, Waterbury
- Friday, June 28, 4pm – Worthy Burger Too, Waitsfield
- Monday, July 1 9am – Online sales start at siptemberfest.com/tickets
We are mixing things up a teeny bit with our SHUTTLES this year! We will still have two pick up times for our Waitsfield shuttles near the Worthy Burger Too in the Mad River Green shopping center. But instead of a Warren pick up, we are going to offer one shuttle from the Waterbury Park & Ride. If this shuttle fills up, we will have a waitlist and if enough people sign up for that, we might add a second bus – we will see how it goes. You must sign up for the shuttles when you purchase your tickets online. Feel free to contact us with questions.
Also new this year, Worthy Burger Too will be the host of our POST PARTY! How convenient that our Waitsfield shuttle pick up is right in the Mad River Green?! We will have more details about that soon so stay tuned, but you don’t have to wait to go there! They have an awesome beverage list and their burgers are, of course, totally worthy. Pro Tip #1: If they have a fries special get it. Pro Tip #2: Put an egg on that burger. You’re welcome.
We thrilled to announce that our 2019 RESIDENT ARTIST is Anna Ayres! Anna grew up in these parts! Her artwork puts a playful and vibrant twist on landscapes and nature. She also takes her work beyond the canvas and makes some seriously badass trucker hats! We cannot wait to see what she comes up with for our 2019 SIPtemberfest poster! Check out her work here.
Finally, we would like to shamelessly plug our new event Bear North that will be over at Mt Ellen on Aug 2 & 3. It’s a two day music fest with free camping and tons of great beer! Pink Talking Fish headlines our music with Soule Monde, The Funky Dawgz Brass Band, Seth Yacovone Band, Sophistafunk, Lowell Thompson, Sabouyouma, Mad Mountain Scramblers and JUPTR. We will have beer from Lawson’s Finest Liquids, Zero Gravity Craft Brewery, Four Quarters, Boreale and more TBA. Check out the webpage for more info!
That’s all for now team! Don’t forget to follow us on instagram and contact us with any questions.
Cheers!
